Ah yes, it’s that time of year when our skin can be at its worst. The days are short and cold, the nights are long and cold. We heat our houses to keep warm, spending most of our hours inside, with warm, dry air. Our lips tend to chap, our hands get dry and our skin can even get flaky.
We try our best to keep our skin moist with lotions and other products, but still we don’t feel like our skin has its natural glow that we see in more hospitable weather.
This month, we’re going to look at some ways that we can take the best possible care of our skin in the trying winter months.
